我国录音机磁头产量近几年迅速增加,94年已达2亿只左右,成为世界磁头生产大国,其中70%出口。磁头生产多在进口流水线上进行,使用多工位高速自动冲床,因而要求带钢的精度高,卷重大,对带材的厚度、宽度尺寸公差,板形,表面质量和卷重等都有较高要求。为此,国家科委先后组织了“七·五”攻关一“磁头用非晶态合金的研究和应用”(本所为负责单位)和“八·五”攻关一“磁记录用高质
The output of magnetic heads in China’s recorders has increased rapidly in recent years, reaching about 200 million in 1994 and becoming the world’s largest producer of magnetic heads, of which 70% are exported. The production of magnetic heads is mostly carried out on the assembly line. Multi-station high-speed automatic punch presses are used. Therefore, the accuracy of the strip steel is required to be high, the rolls are heavy, and the strip thickness, width dimension tolerances, plate shape, surface quality and roll weight are all comparable. To this end, the State Science and Technology Commission has successively organized the “Sept. 5th Five Years” research to tackle the “research and application of amorphous alloys for magnetic heads” (this Institute is responsible for the unit) and the “8th Five-Year Plan” to tackle a "high quality magnetic recording.
