为提供经济的和多用途的通信网络,在功能和呼叫处理能力两方面开发极其灵活的廉价交换设备是一项基本的工作。为了借助廉价的通用微处理器实现既经济又灵活的数据交换系统,本文研究了多微处理器技术。通过用新型的模块代替某些微处理器模块,可以方便地更改和增补数据交换系统中的信号处理功能。由于通用微处理器一般不配置多微处理器系统的功能,所以某些补充电路必须准备和其他微处理器协同工作。本文叙述各种信号处理功能的多微处理器系统的一些电路和控制技术。
In order to provide an economical and multi-purpose communications network, it is essential to develop extremely flexible and inexpensive switching equipment both in terms of functionality and call handling capabilities. In order to achieve an economical and flexible data exchange system with an inexpensive general-purpose microprocessor, this paper studies multi-microprocessor technology. By replacing some microprocessor modules with newer ones, the signal processing capabilities in the data exchange system can be easily changed and augmented. Because general-purpose microprocessors are generally not configured with the capabilities of a multi-microprocessor system, some supplemental circuits must be prepared to work with other microprocessors. This article describes various circuit and control techniques for a variety of signal processing functions in a multi-microprocessor system.
