一个单位或部门如果走马灯似地换人,绝对不是好事。能否选好一个单位或一个部门的领导班子,直接关系到一个单位或一个群体的和谐发展,关系到每个人的共同利益。在各单位各部门领导人员配备选拔中,有人提出“不要走马灯似地换人,要多换思想少换人”。以前我们总是听到“不换思想就换人”。这话有一定道理,如果一些干部思想僵化、不思进取,不为群众着想,那换人是应该的。但是,一个单位或部门如果走马灯似地换人,绝对不是好事。
