当代报纸传媒的立足与发展,离不开有效的新闻策划。一方面,从阅读兴趣看,由于受众获取新闻信息的渠道越来越广泛,除了报纸、电台、电视台和通讯社等媒体外,现代互联网络媒体提供了即时信息服务。受众除了关心一些突发性的新闻信息外,更关注新闻的“背后”。另一方面,从报纸媒体的特点看,以文字描述为主要手段的报纸新闻信息发布,必须要求通过分析性报道获取受众的关注。因此,在信息开放时代,报纸作为一种媒体的优势,已不能简单地在“独家最早发布新闻信息”的传统要求里,而应该更显著地体现在对“新闻信息的深入挖掘之中”。新闻报道的策划,就成为深入挖掘新闻信息的重要途径。
The foothold and development of the contemporary newspaper and media can not be separated from effective news planning. On the one hand, from the point of view of reading, as the channels through which audiences obtain news information are more and more widely, the modern Internet media provides instant information service besides newspapers, radio stations, television stations and news agencies. In addition to being concerned about some unexpected news and information, the audience pays more attention to the “back of the news.” On the other hand, judging from the characteristics of the newspaper media, the publication of newspaper news information based on the description of the text must require the attention of the audience through the analysis of the report. Therefore, in the era of information openness, newspapers as a media superiority can no longer simply be the traditional requirements of “the earliest exclusive release of news and information”, but should be embodied more prominently in the “deep excavation of news and information”. The planning of news reports has become an important way of digging news information in depth.
