本文报道了应用信号处理机对眼震电图进行频谱分析的初步研究结果。通过对62名正常者的 Bárány 冷水试验所记录的眼震电图的分析:引进最大频幅频率(f_(Amax))和平均频幅(A)两项参数,求得其正常值及左右两侧差值的标准范围,并从27例各种眩晕病例的眼震电图中予以验证。表明本法与单纯分析眼震电图的时域信号比较,能提高病理性反应的阳性发现率(达25.9%)。可作为诊断中的一项有效的辅助手段。
This paper reports the results of a preliminary study on the application of signal processors to the ocular electrogram. The nystagmography recorded in the Bárány cold water test of 62 normal subjects was analyzed by introducing the two parameters of maximum frequency (f_ (Amax)) and average frequency (A) The standard range of lateral difference, and from 27 cases of vertigo electronystagmography to be verified. The results show that this method can improve the positive rate of pathological reaction (up to 25.9%) compared with the simple analysis of the time domain signal of the eye electronystagmography. Can be used as an effective diagnostic tool.
