文化创客是后现代背景下文创产业与创客运动所生成的公域,是人的生存状态与社会生产方式变化之间互为需要又相互推动的结果。就中国现状来看,文创领域存在最为广泛普遍的创客实践,并且从技术条件、人才储备、社会环境等方面来看,文创领域也是最容易进入的创客领域。从就业——人才的视角出发对文化创客的特征、机理进行分析,可以发现,文化创客具有多维度的开放性,符合文化创意人才需求和发展的一般规律,从而逐渐成为文创产业开放的人才库。随着文化创客实践的规模化、先锋化发展,其核心价值的良序发展,多元的价值取向的实现,有效的人才激励机制创新,可能为文化创意产业人才机制的创新,人才与产业的平衡及可持续发展提供新的解决方案。
