患儿男,2岁.因低烧、腹泻误将杜冷丁100mg当庆大霉素肌注后,当即发现患儿出汗、烦躁、抽搐,拔针后不到5(?)左右呼吸由慢而不齐至突然停止。既往体健。查体:T36℃,P160次/分,呼吸停止,Bp 测不出。发育营养可,深度昏迷,颜面苍白,全身皮肤潮湿,四肢发凉,皮肤呈花纹状,口唇及指端发绀。瞳孔缩小呈针尖而后散大,对光反应消失。心率160～140次/分,心音低(?),律不齐。腹软,肝脾(-)。四肢强直,呈惊厥持续状态。生理反射消失,病理反射未引出。
