五液力傳送原件液压塑料前述夾具,均採用C、E、及1-4等牌号的液压塑料。下面我们研究1-4牌号液压塑料的物理化学性能。此种液压塑料,在机床的夾具中,已獲得廣泛採用。該液压塑料的原料为: 聚合氯化一價乙烯樹脂 100份(按重量計) 苯二甲酸丁脂 300份(按重量計) 机油:牌号BM-4 100份(按重量計) 硬脂酸鈣 4份(按重量計) 液压塑料用此等原料按照下述方法製造:將机油与苯二甲酸丁脂攪拌,至完全混合,再將聚合氯化一價乙烯樹脂及硬脂酸鈣加入其中。將它們仔細攪拌,然後在15~18°溫度下擱置24小時以使成熟。再將此种混合物置於甘油槽中,用溫度140°~15)°加热溶化(目的为避免此种混合物燒焦)。
