LLB-20型沥青混合料连续拌合机,是近年来江苏省镇江矿山机械厂研制成的一种新型沥青拌合设备。该设备吸收了国内、外拌合机的一些成功经验,简化了冷料级配的方法;同时用较先进的计量方法控制矿料级配;采用化工自动化仪表,能自动跟踪矿料量以控制油量供给,达到控制油石比的目的,这些独到的设计,曾受到公路施工部门的好评。但该设备在设计上注意安全生产不够,无合理的安全预防设施,这是一大缺陷。该厂1982～1983年度投放到市场的十余台机组,其中有些部件是不合格产品,加之
