随着课程改革的发展,小组合作学习已成为一种常态化教学模式。如何正确把握实施方法,切实提高小组合作学习的效率,成为值得我们认真探索的问题。在教学实践中,笔者采用了以下实施方式,取得了良好的教学效果。1合理分组合理分组就是根据学生的兴趣爱好、学习态度、基础知识和学习能力等特点,在自愿组合的基础上,把全班学生分为6个小组,由一名组长负责。组员包括上、中、下三个层次,目的是优势互补,相互促进。
With the development of curriculum reform, group cooperative learning has become a normalized teaching mode. How to correctly grasp the implementation methods and effectively improve the efficiency of group cooperative learning has become a question that we should seriously explore. In teaching practice, I used the following implementation methods, and achieved good teaching results. A reasonable grouping is based on the rational grouping of students’ hobbies, learning attitudes, basic knowledge and learning ability and other characteristics, based on the voluntary combination of the whole class is divided into six groups of students, headed by a team leader. Members include the upper, middle and lower levels, the purpose is to complement each other and promote each other.
