目的分析异位妊娠孕妇经腹部超声联合经阴道超声诊断的路径及价值。方法选取我院2014年6月~2015年5月收治的74例异位妊娠孕妇作为临床研究对象，采用随机数字分组法将74例孕妇均分为观察组与对照组两组，观察组37例孕妇采用腹部超声联合阴道超声检查，对照组孕妇单纯给予腹部超声检查。结果经不同方法诊断后，经腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断的观察组37例孕妇中，共确诊为异位妊娠者34例，临床确诊率达91.89%，相比单纯采用腹部超声检查的对照组37例孕妇中，共确诊为异位妊娠者30例，临床确诊率为81.08%，观察组检查确诊率显著高于对照组，组间差异对比，<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论异位妊娠孕妇临床诊断过程中，采用腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断具有着成像清晰的优势，可有效强化异位妊娠临床确诊率。“,”Objective To analyze ectopic pregnancy pregnant women abdominal ultrasonography.Methods Select our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 treated 74 cases of suspected ectopic women using digital grouping randomly 74 cases of pregnant women were divided group of 37 cases of pregnant women with abdominal ultrasound combined vaginal ultrasound examination.Results After different methods in the diagnosis of 37 cases of pregnant women,34 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,clinical accuracy rate of 91.89%,in the control group of 37 cases of pregnant women, 81.08%,group contrast, <0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion Suspected ectopic pregnancy pregnant women process of clinical diagnosis, of ectopic pregnancy rate.
