文中应用项目后评价的基本理论,对大庆石化公司改扩建项目的情况进行了评价。以“10×104t/aABS专用树脂改造工程”改扩建项目为例,对其前期工作、建设实施、生产运行、经济效益等评价进行探讨,总结出了项目实施过程中取得的经验与教训,为今后改扩建项目起到指导性作用。
In this paper, the basic theory of project post-evaluation is applied to evaluate the reconstruction and expansion project of Daqing Petrochemical Company. Taking the project of “10 × 104t / aABS special resin renovation project” as an example, this paper discusses the preliminary work, construction and implementation, production and operation, and economic benefits, and summarizes the experiences and lessons learned in the project implementation , Which will play an instructive role in the future expansion and expansion project.
