采用选晶法在改进型Bridgman定向凝固炉上制备了镍基单晶高温合金DD403、DD407和Alloy A试样,研究了三种不同成分单晶合金铸态微观组织差异。结果表明,抽拉速率为6 mm/min时,DD403、DD407和Alloy A合金一次枝晶间距分别为217、221、225μm;三种合金共晶含量的体积分数分别为0.24%、4.61%和2.96%。
In this paper, Ni-based single crystal superalloy DD403, DD407 and Alloy A were prepared by a selective Bridgman directional solidification furnace. The differences of as-cast microstructure of three different single crystal alloys were studied. The results showed that the primary dendritic spacing of DD403, DD407 and Alloy A was 217, 221 and 225 μm at the pull rate of 6 mm / min, respectively. The volume fractions of the three alloys were 0.24%, 4.61% and 2.96, respectively %.
