我们石家庄第四棉纺织厂是1957年建成投产的.由于历史的原因,七十年代末,我厂财会人员不仅素质差,而且数量不足。当时,厂部仅有五、六个财会人员,车间及部门会计人员大多是兼职,文化水平低且未经过专业训练。这种状况显然不能适应企业经济核算的需要.于是,根据财务部门的建议,我们相继在1983年、1985年和1987年分三批以考试为主招用了14名20岁左右的车间工人到财务科学习,并将他们分别送入电大、函大进行专业培训,使他们具备了一定的专业理论知识。与此同时,我们又通过实习、考核的办法录用了一批自费学习财会专业的大中专毕业生。在扩充财会队伍的同时,为了提高财会人
