本文运用CVDA评定了球罐裂纹的安全性,计算了安全寿命,其结论与一年半来的生产实践吻合。寿命估算中研究处理了积分上限的确定问题。提出了超声波安全监测、局部保温、生产调度、局部低温消除残余应力热处理等四方面简便易行而又有实效的安全技术措施。
In this paper, the safety of spherical tank crack was evaluated by CVDA, and the safety life was calculated. The conclusion is consistent with the production practice in a year and a half. The life estimation studies address the problem of determining the upper limit of points. The safety and technical measures that are easy and practical but effective in the aspects of ultrasonic safety monitoring, partial insulation, production scheduling and local low temperature elimination residual stress heat treatment are put forward.
