为了寻找对心脏疾病有疗效的新药,要求能节约药品、易于重复的培养心肌细胞标本。我们进行药物直接作用于心肌组织,不受神经、体液因素的影响,在光学显微水平上观察培养心肌细胞的形态、生理特点。心肌细胞搏动信号,通过光电换能装置输入到电生理仪来描记其曲线变化,现报告如下: 材料和方法一、材料(一)实验动物:用大白鼠生后1~3天的同窝乳鼠。(二)培养基:199粉末培养基78%,小牛血清20%,青、链霉素各100u/ml,用5.6%NaHCo_3调至pH7.0~7.2。
In order to find new drugs that are effective in treating heart diseases, it is required to save drugs and easily replenish myocardial cell specimens. We performed direct drug action on myocardial tissue, without the influence of neurological and humoral factors, and observed the morphology and physiological characteristics of cultured cardiomyocytes at the optical microscope level.
