《新疆通志》简志编写中存在一些带普遍性的问题,进一步明确编写规则和要点十分必要。简志编写的规则,除应遵循国家、自治区第二轮修志的有关规定外,还要遵守《〈新疆通志(1986～2005)〉编纂实施方案》和《〈新疆通志(1986～2005)〉编写大纲》的规定,择其大要,可从指导思想及观点、框架结构、题材运用、内容、记述、资料、行文七个方面加以概括。简志编写的要点,集中体现在五个方面,即:篇目上,找准位置,恪守大纲,立足全区、全行业谋篇布局;资料上,广泛收集、合理运用;撰写上,遵从体例,简明扼要;内容上,系统全面、详略得当,突出时代和行业特色;行文上,文风端正、统一规范。
There are some common problems in the compilation of “Xinjiang Annals” Zhizhi, and it is very necessary to further clarify the rules and key points. The key points of the compilation written by Jane Chi are concentrated in five aspects, namely: on the subject, the author identifies the position, abides by the outline, bases on the layout of the whole district and the entire industry, and collects extensively and rationally; Concise and concise; content, the system is comprehensive, detailed and appropriate, highlighting the times and industry characteristics; style of writing, style of writing is correct, unified norms.
