以地王2号菜豆为试材,采用盆栽试验,测定了不同镉硫交互处理下菜豆幼苗叶片中谷胱甘肽、络合素含量等生理指标及DNA增色效应。结果表明:随着镉处理浓度的增加,菜豆幼苗叶片中丙二醛含量和DNA增色效应呈上升趋势,而100mg/kg硫水平处理下显著下降(P<0.05);与无硫对照相比,100mg/kg硫水平处理下菜豆生物量增幅较大;随着硫处理浓度增大,菜豆幼苗叶片中酸溶性硫醇、谷胱甘肽、络合素含量呈增加趋势;在轻度镉污染土壤中,添加硫元素在一定程度上可改善镉对菜豆的伤害。
