采用单花滴注法将禾谷镰刀菌分生孢子接种42份大麦品种(系),对其赤霉病菌的抗性进行评价,并利用DON毒素对抗性不同大麦的小孢子进行离体胁迫培养。结果表明,供试品种(系)对赤霉病抗性存在明显差异,可将其划分为高抗、中抗、中感和重感四种类型。在5 mg·L~(-1) DON毒素的胁迫下,抗性不同的大麦小孢子的愈伤组织相对产量为高抗>中抗>高感,表明供试品种小孢子水平的耐DON毒素能力与植株水平的抗赤霉病能力之间存在一定的联系。
Forty-two barley varieties (lines) were inoculated with Fusarium graminearum conidia by single flow instillation, and their resistance to Fusarium graminearum was evaluated. The DON-resistant microspores of different resistant barley were cultured in vitro . The results showed that the test varieties (lines) have significant differences in the resistance to scab, which can be divided into high resistance, moderate resistance, moderate feeling and heavy feeling four types. Under the stress of 5 mg · L -1 DON toxin, the relative yield of the callus of the microspores with different resistance was high resistance> moderate resistance> high susceptibility, indicating that the microspore level of DON resistance toxin There is a certain relationship between abilities and plant resistance to scab.
