柴河铅锌矿竖井运矿为多中段罐笼提升。罐内阻车装置原采用与托台相适应的阻车器加以改装。实践中发现,这种阻车装置存在缺陷较多,阻车性能较差,多次出现跑车,掉车及卡罐事故。原因多半出自罐内阻车装置失灵。为此,在党委的领导下,充分发挥“三结合”的作用,自行设计制造了另一种型式的罐内复式阻车装置,并于1972年8月1日正式投入生产。投产以来,从未发生跑车、掉车及卡罐事故,
