目的观察高强度聚焦超声联合小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病的治疗效果。方法选取该院收治的子宫腺肌病患者204例,随机分为观察组和对照组各102例。观察组采用高强度聚焦超声联合小剂量米非司酮治疗,对照组单纯采用高强度聚焦超声治疗。治疗后比较观察2组治疗疗效、经期血清前列腺素F(PGF2α)、前列腺素E(PGE2)含量及血清CA125水平。结果治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为92.2%高于对照组的77.5%;治疗后2组患者的血清PGF2α及CA125水平低于治疗前,PGE2水平高于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高强度聚焦超声联合小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病效果较好,可显著提高临床疗效,降低血清PGF2α及CA125水平,提高血清PGE2水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with low dose of mifepristone on adenomyosis. Methods Totally 204 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (102 cases) and control group (102 cases). Observation group using high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with low-dose mifepristone treatment, the control group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound. After treatment, the curative effects of two groups were observed. The levels of serum prostaglandin F (PGF2α), prostaglandin E (PGE2) and serum CA125 levels were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.2% higher than that of the control group (77.5%). After treatment, the levels of serum PGF2α and CA125 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, PGE2 levels were higher than before treatment, and the changes in the observation group were greater than Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High-intensity focused ultrasound combined with low-dose mifepristone treatment of adenomyosis better, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce serum levels of PGF2α and CA125, increase serum PGE2 levels, worthy of clinical application.
