钛合金中铈组稀土的光度法,过去曾用偶氮氯膦型作为显色剂,其主要缺点是灵敏度和选择性较差,特别是基体钛必要预先分离,操作烦琐,铈量易受损失。根据文献报道,本文试验了用偶氮硝膦-mN为显色剂不经分离直接测定钛合金中铈组稀土的条件。提出用硫酸-氟硼酸溶解试样,在硫硝混酸介质中,用草酸和过氧化氢作联合掩蔽剂消除基体钛,重稀土和其它合金元素的干扰。测定下限可达0.001%。经合成样品和试样分析,均获得满意结果。

According to the literature, this paper tested the determination of rare earths in the cerium group of titanium alloy without separation by using chromonitrite-mN as chromogenic reagent. It is proposed that sulfuric acid - fluoroboric acid can dissolve the sample and use oxalic acid and hydrogen peroxide as masking agent to eliminate the interference of matrix titanium, heavy rare earth and other alloying elements in the mixed media of sulfur and nitrogen. Determination of up to 0.001%. After the synthesis of samples and sample analysis, were satisfactory results.
