企业的长期发展离不开人力资源,人力资源使其后备力量,能够使企业在现代化市场经济中得以可持续发展,使企业不被社会淘汰。当今社会已经进入知识经济时代,资金成本、资产成本的竞争已经不是企业之间竞争的主要竞争手段,而人力资本的竞争已经成为了企业竞争的核心。为了使企业经营管理能够更快适应新时期的社会需求,本文将对企业中人力资源调配管理在当今社会的重要性进行叙述,提出我国企业普遍存在的一些问题,并给与一定的解决建议。
Long-term development of enterprises can not be separated from human resources, human resources to make its reserve force, enabling enterprises in the modern market economy to be sustainable development, so that enterprises are not socially eliminated. Nowadays society has entered the era of knowledge economy. The competition of capital cost and asset cost is not the main competition means between enterprises. The competition of human capital has become the core of enterprise competition. In order to enable the enterprise management to adapt to the social demand of the new period more quickly, this article will describe the importance of the human resource allocation management in the society today, put forward some problems that are common to our enterprises, and give some suggestions for settlement.
