本文针对农业现代化水平综合考核评价系统问题,将系统工程原理与层次分析法结合起来,构造一个能够比较客观、全面、科学、规范地反映农业现代化水平的递阶层次结构;同时将32个指标的标度进行隶屑展开等级量化成5等13档;采用多目标效用并合决策的线性加权和法,建立一个广义目标函数式;并设计了AHP辅助决策支持系统。采用本系统对市郊7个农业现代化试点村、乡进行实评,其结果是多数尚处于农业现代化初级阶段,个别已进入中级阶段前期。
This paper aims at the problem of the comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural modernization level. By combining the principle of system engineering and AHP, we construct a hierarchical structure that can objectively, comprehensively, scientifically and normaly reflect the level of agricultural modernization. At the same time, Scales were developed to quantify the level of the crumbs into 5 grades and 13 grades. A generalized objective function formula was established by using the linear weighted sum of multi-objective utility and decision-making. An AHP-aided decision support system was designed. Using this system, seven agricultural modernization pilot villages and townships in the suburbs are evaluated. Most of the results are still in the primary stage of agricultural modernization and some have entered the early stage of intermediate stage.
