在对煤柱应力计传感器现状研究的基础上,基于倾角补偿对矿用二维煤柱应力计进行了研究。在电阻应变片应变式传感器内后置三轴加速度传感器,监测煤柱应力计在煤柱钻孔内的物理位置,测算水平、垂直方向分量,得到二维煤柱应力;采用LMP90100作为煤柱应力信号调理芯片,CC2530最小系统作为主处理器,CC2591作为射频前端放大器,将二维煤柱应力信号进行数码管显示,并针对矿井巷道狭长特征,采用RS485和无线传输方式进行通讯。
Based on the research on the status quo of coal column stress meter sensor, the mining two-dimensional coal column stress meter was researched based on the inclination compensation. In the strain gage strain gauge sensor, a three-axis acceleration sensor is placed behind to monitor the physical position of the coal pillar stress gauge in the coal pillar borehole. The horizontal and vertical components are measured to obtain the two-dimensional coal pillar stress. LMP90100 is adopted as the coal pillar stress Signal conditioning chip, CC2530 minimum system as the main processor, CC2591 as a RF front-end amplifier, the two-dimensional coal pillar stress signals for digital display, and mine for narrow features, the use of RS485 and wireless transmission of communication.
