In recent years, our country’s interest in Karl Popper’s philosophy is increasing, and some articles on introduction and evaluation have been published in books and periodicals. This is a good sign that the situation in the philosophical circle has been further broken down. However, some evaluations of Popper’s philosophical thinking are debatable. This article only put forward different opinions on these evaluations from the perspective of philosophy of science. In the second volume, No. 2, published in the April 1980 issue of Dialectics of Nature, Comrade Zhou Faqin said in his article “A Philosophical Study of Foreign Science:” The two main schools of philosophy of American research science are the United States’ own practical And Positivism developed by the Vienna School, and currently have the most influence on the two philosophers in the United States: Popper of the United Kingdom and Kuhn of the United States of America. “From the point of view of writing, the author thinks Popper was” The Positivism and Neo-positivism developed by the Vienna School “, as to why? The article did not say. Here is another passage: ”Popperism and materialism have historically acquired each other’s strengths not only from the past, but Popper’s example may be the latest example of this.“ Obviously, this is to say that Popper is idealism. Why, there is no argument. On 29 May, in his article ”Criticism of Rationalism“ in Guangming Daily Comrades, Comrade Xia Jisong said Popper’s philosophical point of view ”is somewhat diametrically opposed to it, and some viewpoints are very similar."
