本文研究了高温合金GH33上激光表面熔铸钴基合金涂层的组织与性能.结果表明,涂层与基体之间形成了紧密的冶金结合;电子探针分析表明基体对涂层的稀释度较小;x射线衍射分析可知涂层基体组织为α-Co枝晶,枝晶间为α-Co+Co_2B共晶以及M_(23)(CB)_6、M_6C等多元复杂共晶组织;涂层中硬度分布均匀,最高硬度值为Hv766;涂层耐磨性能技基体提高了3倍左右,且涂层耐蚀性能大大优于基体.
In this paper, the microstructure and properties of the cast cobalt-based alloy coating on the GH33 surface were studied.The results showed that the coating formed a close metallurgical bond with the matrix, and the electron probe analysis showed that the matrix had a small dilution of the coating X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the microstructure of the coating was α-Co dendrites. The dendrites were α-Co + Co_2B eutectic and M_ (23) (CB) _6, M_6C and other complex eutectic structures. Uniform distribution, the highest hardness value of Hv766; coating abrasion resistance technology substrate increased about 3 times, and the coating corrosion resistance is much better than the substrate.
