探讨了在有机分散剂存在下,采用氨水中和水解TiCl4制备高纯TiO2的工艺方法。研究了分散剂种类和用量,反应物浓度,加料方式,熟化温度和时间对TiO2性能的影响。制取了纯度≥99.5%,粒径<1.0μ,近似球形的TiO2微粉。100kg级的试验结果表明,TiO2微粉的理化指标和制成的PTC电子元件的电性能均接近日本TDK公司同类产品的技术指标。
In the presence of organic dispersant, the process of preparing high purity TiO2 by neutralizing TiCl4 with ammonia was studied. The effects of the type and amount of dispersant, reactant concentration, feeding method, curing temperature and time on the properties of TiO2 were investigated. Preparation of the purity ≥ 99.5%, particle size <1.0μ, almost spherical TiO2 fine powder. 100kg level test results show that the physical and chemical indicators of TiO2 powder and made of PTC electronic components are close to Japan’s TDK’s technical indicators of similar products.
