针对冷连轧机带钢边降板形控制问题,建立了四辊和六辊轧机的辊系三维有限元模型,从辊系的受力和变形角度出发,分析了产生带钢边降的原因及其组成。研究分析厚度、压下率和变形抗力等因素对带钢边降的影响。通过在四辊冷连轧机上采用单锥度辊和VCR支持辊的辊型配置进行边降控制,可以有效降低带钢边降,减小带钢凸度,满足对带钢质量的要求,并可以降低轧机为控制边降而新建和改造的投资成本。
In view of strip side control of strip tandem cold strip mill, a three-dimensional finite element model of four-roll and six-roll mills was established. The reasons for the strip edge drop were analyzed from the aspects of force and deformation composition. The influences of thickness, rolling reduction rate and deformation resistance on the strip edge reduction were studied. By controlling the side drop with a roller type configuration of a single-taper roller and a VCR backup roller on a four-high tandem cold mill, the side drop of the strip can be effectively reduced, the strip crown can be reduced, the strip quality can be satisfied, Reduce the rolling mill for the control of the new investment and renovation costs and transformation.
