本文从乳鼠原代心肌细胞培养方法、细胞形态、功能活动等方面做了细致的观察与描述,在 pH、温度、胰蛋白酶等对培养心肌细胞的影响方面进行了探讨。证明了培养心肌细胞的肾上腺素能受体未因培养而被破坏。还证明了葛根提取物 PuRWO_3有阻滞异丙肾上腺素所致培养心肌细胞搏动频率上升的药效。
In this paper, the primary culture of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes, cell morphology and functional activity were carefully observed and described. The effects of pH, temperature and trypsin on the cultured cardiomyocytes were also discussed. It was demonstrated that adrenergic receptors for culturing cardiomyocytes were not damaged by culture. Also proved Pueraria extract PuRWO_3 block isoprenaline-induced myocardial cell pulsatility increased frequency of the effect.
