运用实验测试法和数理统计法,对国家队男子3 000 m障碍跑运动员在基础期、集训期各项生理生化指标进行分析。结果表明:晨脉、血压、血红蛋白(Hb)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血睾酮(T)、血尿素(BUN)等指标能够反映身体机能状态、运动量、运动强度、营养和恢复状况,对集训期间的训练监控具有指导作用,其中血清肌酸激酶和血睾酮的变异系数较高,表现出对强度变化敏感,且个体差异较大;血红蛋白与运动量、营养和恢复关系密切;血尿素与运动量和身体适应有关。
Using the experimental test method and the mathematical statistics method, the physiological and biochemical indexes of the national team men 3 000 m obstacle runners during the basic period and training period were analyzed. The results showed that indicators such as morning pulse, blood pressure, hemoglobin (Hb), creatine kinase (CK), blood testosterone (T) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) could reflect the state of body function, exercise amount, exercise intensity, nutrition and recovery status. Training monitoring during training played a guiding role. Among them, the coefficient of variation of serum creatine kinase and blood testosterone were high, showing a strong sensitivity to changes in intensity, with large differences among individuals. Hemoglobin was closely related to exercise, nutrition and recovery. And the body to adapt.
