目的研究不同采收期金莲花茎叶中总黄酮和荭草苷量的变化规律,为合理开发利用金莲花药用资源提供实验依据。方法采用UV法和HPLC法,分别以芦丁和荭草苷为对照品,测定不同采收期金莲花茎叶中总黄酮和荭草苷量,并绘制动态曲线。结果从5月下旬至6月下旬,总黄酮量呈现不断升高的趋势,从4.597%上升到5.125%;从7月上旬至8月中旬,总黄酮量持续下降,从4.264%下降至1.181%。而荭草苷量从5月下旬至7月中旬一直呈上升趋势(0.095~0.332 mg/g);从7月下旬至8月中旬,呈下降趋势(0.306~0.092 mg/g)。结论结合花的产量,并综合总黄酮和荭草苷量的动态变化,采收期以7月上旬至中旬为佳。本实验方法稳定、可行,结果可靠,为合理采收金莲花茎叶提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the changes of total flavonoids and hesperidin contents in stems and leaves of Trollius officinalis at different harvesting stages and to provide experimental evidence for the rational exploitation and utilization of medicinal resources of Helus. Methods UV and HPLC were used to determine the contents of total flavonoids and tilizin in the stems and leaves of Nasturtium officinale at different harvest times using rutin and tirriol as reference materials, and the dynamic curves were drawn. Results From late May to late June, the total flavonoids showed an increasing trend from 4.597% to 5.125%. From the beginning of July to the middle of August, the total flavonoids decreased continuously from 4.264% to 1.181% . The content of 荭 glycoside showed an upward trend (0.095 ~ 0.332 mg / g) from late May to mid July. From late July to mid-August, the trend showed a downward trend (0.306 ~ 0.092 mg / g). Conclusions Combining the yield of flowers with the dynamic changes of total flavonoids and hesperidin, the harvesting period is better from early July to middle of July. The experimental method is stable, feasible, reliable results, to provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable recovery of stems and leaves of Trollius.
