地中海贫血(简称地贫)是一种常见的遗传性血红蛋白病,目前缺乏有效的治疗方法。本研究试图在佛山市城区30万人口中,通过婚前进行有关地中海贫血的检查,筛查出地中海贫血高危婚配夫妇,对他们进行婚前咨询和产前诊断,达到减少地中海贫血患儿出生的目的。现将结果介绍如下。 Thalassemia (thalassemia) is a common hereditary hemoglobinopathy, the current lack of effective treatment. This study attempts to test the prevalence of thalassemia in pre-marital population of 300,000 in Foshan and screen out couples at high risk of thalassemia with prenuptial counseling and prenatal diagnosis to reduce the birth of children with thalassemia. The results are as follows.
