文章介绍了本钢低合金高强钢HC340LA工艺优化生产实践,针对成品的性能指标要求,重点开展化学成分和热轧卷曲温度优化项目,利用细晶强化等机制,通过4次产品优化生产实践,寻找工艺优化项目与产品实物性能的匹配规律。结果表明,设计合理的化学成分和卷取温度工艺参数,不仅满足了产品力学性能要求、而且降低生产成本,同时保证了实物质量稳定性,经多家汽车厂使用,其性能指标和表面质量完全满足汽车厂使用要求。
In this paper, the optimal production practice of Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. HC340LA low-alloy high-strength steel is introduced.
