在谷子育种中培育矮秆品种,增强抗倒伏能力是获得高产的一个有效措施。我们从1982年开始对谷子矮秆性状遗传进行了研究。材料和方法矮秆材料用矮秆性状稳定的延096,茎高45cm,穗长17cm,叶宽短;高秆用不育材料安 A(不育株率30%左右,不育度97%),茎高100cm,穗长25cm,叶窄而长。以安 A 为母本,延096作父本进行有性杂交。F_1点播不间苗,收25株;F_2种25个株系,间苗前根据叶形调查高、矮苗,调查后随机间苗,株距8.5寸,收获
