以白皮黄瓜品种“白叶三”新鲜种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽法,研究了不同浓度的NO供体硝普钠(SNP)溶液对100mmol/L NaC1胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发过程中吸水率、发芽率、相对电导率和α?淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明:适当浓度的SNP溶液能明显提高盐胁迫下白皮黄瓜种子吸水率和发芽率,缓解盐胁迫对种子细胞膜修复的抑制作用,抑制盐胁迫下种子α?淀粉酶活性的降低;其中,以0.10mmol/L的SNP溶液减缓盐害效果较好。
The seed germination of Cucumber with 100 mmol / L NaC1 stress was studied by using petri dish germination method with different concentrations of NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution. In water absorption, germination rate, relative conductivity and α-amylase activity. The results showed that: SNP solution with appropriate concentration could significantly improve the water absorption and germination rate of seedlings under salt stress, alleviate the inhibitory effect of salt stress on seed cell membrane repair, and inhibit the decrease of α-amylase activity under salt stress. Among them, The 0.10mmol / L SNP solution to slow salt damage is better.
