用聚氨酯冲裁模冲裁较大特型薄板件时,必须进行力的计算及平衡,设计结构要合理,这样才能得到高质量的零件,制模费用约可降低40%。我们曾冲制如图1的零件。 零件的内外型不规则,料厚0.2mm尺寸精度要求较高。零件最窄的宽度理论上1.5mm,实际上只1.3mm,内外型凸块16等分要求均等,此零件年产量较大。按冲裁力公式计算,冲外形时需用冲裁力P_(外冲)=1485kg:而P_(内冲=2266kg,内形冲裁力比外形冲裁力大781公斤。
