炎可宁片由黄柏、黄芩、黄连、大黄、板蓝根五味药组成,成份复杂。《吉林省药品标准》1986年版中仅有简单的显微鉴别。为此,我们对其显微鉴别一项作了更详细的阐述,并以大黄、黄柏药材为对照进行薄层层析鉴别。一、显微鉴别取本品,置显微镜下观察:草酸钙簇晶大,直径24～140um。鳞叶细胞碎片,胞壁弯曲,多呈长方形。纤维鲜黄色,常成束,晶纤维明显。石细胞纤维状。
Yan Yan Ning Tablets consists of Phellodendron amurense, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhubarb, Radix Isatidis, with complex ingredients. There is only a simple microscopic identification of the 1986 edition of Jilin Provincial Drug Standard. For this purpose, we have elaborated on its microscopic identification, and identified it by thin-layer chromatography based on rhubarb and Phellodendron amurense. First, microscopic identification to take this product, under the microscope observation: calcium oxalate crystal clusters, diameter 24 ~ 140um. Leaf cell debris, curved cell wall, mostly rectangular. Bright yellow fiber, often into bundles, crystal fiber obvious. Stone cell fibrous.
