一个企业的发展关键在于人才,因此,员工的教育培训是非常重要的。提高职工的培训,提高员工的整体素质,对于提高企业的竞争力、促进企业发展具有重要作用。随着市场经济的发展,我国企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,因此,企业一定要提高自身的竞争力。而竞争力的提高关键在于职工的素质。本文主要从目前职工培训存在的问题以及新形势下职工教育培训的创新及管理的措施出发来探讨此问题,以期对企业发展有所指导。
The key to the development of an enterprise is talent, therefore, employee education and training are very important.
