为了实现发动机飞行总推力的直接测量,开展了安装节推力测量技术研究。在发动机推力销上布置剪力应变全桥和热电阻,通过开展推力销推力载荷标定试验、应变计温度修正试验,建立安装节推力测量方法,通过相关性分析和F分布显著性分析,表明了推力载荷标定方程具有高的精度。开展了安装节推力测量地面台架试验和飞行试验。地面台架试验表明:安装节推力测量最大误差为2.41%,验证了安装节推力测量方法的准确性和可靠性。分析了安装节推力与高度、速度、发动机状态之间的特性规律,飞行试验表明:安装节推力随着飞行马赫数增大而增大,特别是飞行马赫数约在0.98~1.02之间的跨音速范围内,安装节推力随马赫数增大而急剧增大。
In order to achieve the direct measurement of the total thrust of the engine flight, carried out the thrust measurement of installation section technology research. Shear strain full bridge and thermal resistance are arranged on the thrust pin of the engine. Thrust load calibration test of thrust pin and temperature correction test of strain gauge are carried out. Thrust measurement method of installation section is established. Correlation analysis and significance analysis of F distribution show that Thrust load calibration equation with high accuracy. Conducted on the installation of thrust measurement of the ground test and flight test bench. The test of the ground bench shows that the maximum error of the thrust measurement in the installation section is 2.41%, which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the thrust measurement method in the installation section. The characteristics of thrust and height, speed and engine state are analyzed. The flight tests show that the thrust of mounting section increases with the flight Mach number, especially the span of flight Mach number is about 0.98 ~ 1.02 Within the speed range, the thrust of the mounting section increases sharply with increasing Mach number.
