稻田养萍(滿江紅),以萍肥田的好处,已为平阳县农民所认识,因而养萍面积不断扩大。1965年早稻田养萍40万亩,占全县早稻总面积80%以上。过去这里的习慣做法是一次自然倒萍,做拔节肥。近年来經过反复实践,在用萍技术上有了改进。在自然倒萍之前先进行“压青”(人工倒萍)一次或两次,增产更加显著。据小区对比与大田調查,压青比不压青每亩增产60~129斤稻谷,增产幅度为8.2~24.7%(表1)。一、压青增产原因初步分析1.提高了单位面积鮮萍产量一次自然倒萍,鮮萍亩产仅3,000来斤;压青一次
