目的探讨通信施工人员自我和谐、职业倦怠与自我效能感的关系。方法采用自我和谐量表、职业倦怠通用量表、一般自我和谐量表对260名通信施工人员进行测评。结果①城镇与农村员工及离开与未离开原籍工作员工的自我效能差异具有显著性(t=-1.667,-3.075;P<0.01);自我效能感高分组与低分组在灵活性、自我和谐总分、情绪衰竭、去个性化、个人成就感和职业倦怠总分上差异具有统计学意义(t=-6.128,4.081,3.934,3.640,-3.853,4.117;P<0.01);②自我效能感与灵活性、个人成就显著正相关,与自我和谐总分、情感衰竭、去人性化、职业倦怠总分显著负相关(r=0.374,0.305,-0.225,-0.328,-0.313,-0.340;P<0.001)。结论自我效能感影响自我和谐及职业倦怠水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between communication construction workers’ self-consistency, job burnout and self-efficacy. Methods A total of 260 communication constructors were evaluated by the Self-Harmony Scale, the General Burnout Scale, and the General Self-Harmony Scale. Results ① There was a significant difference in self-efficacy between urban and rural employees and those who left or did not leave their country of origin (t = -1.667, -3.075; P <0.01). In terms of flexibility, self-consistency and total self-efficacy (T = -6.128,4.081,3.934,3.640, -3.853,4.117; P <0.01). ②The differences of self-efficacy and self-efficacy were statistically significant Flexibility, and personal achievement. There was a significant negative correlation with flexibility, personal achievement, total score of self-harmony, emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, and burnout (r = 0.374,0.305,0.225,0.328,0.313,0.340, P < 0.001). Conclusion Self-efficacy affects self-consistency and job burnout.
