一、教师素质的合理构成 在匈牙利的建筑教育中,对教师素质水平的提高十分重视。主要表现在两个方面:其一是对教师素质的综合水平要求较高,教师必须具备较强的专业水平和称职的教学能力,同时也必须具备较强的科研能力和充实的实践经验,在专业知识结构上始终保持更新发展,保证教师的素质水平与时代同步。在匈牙利,一般来说,教师本人的工作由教学、科研、设计三方面内容构成,其工作量的比值基本相等,它们构成一体化专业系统,有机融合互为补充完善,
First, the reasonable composition of the quality of teachers In the architectural education in Hungary, the quality of the teacher’s quality has been attached great importance. This is mainly manifested in two aspects: First, it requires a higher level of overall quality for teachers. Teachers must have strong professional standards and competent teaching skills. At the same time, they must also have strong scientific research capabilities and substantial practical experience. The structure of professional knowledge has always been updated and developed to ensure that the quality of teachers is synchronized with the times. In Hungary, in general, the work of teachers themselves consists of teaching, research, and design. The ratio of their workload is basically the same. They constitute an integrated professional system, and organic integration complements each other.
