针对采用齿轮齿条爬升加短螺柱、长螺母的安全锁锭装置存在的问题,提出一种全平衡钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机的安全锁锭装置,采用电气同步轴和短螺柱微调装置解决短螺柱与主提升设备的同步运转及短螺柱在长螺母中的定位问题,同时采用短螺柱微调装置缩小短螺柱、长螺母的径向尺寸并降低长螺母的安装精度,并提出了短螺柱组装、长螺母、短螺柱微调与承船厢的连接方法,在正常时不影响升船机升降,事故时短螺柱组装、长螺母与承船厢刚性接触可使承船厢安全锁锭。与三峡升船机的对比结果表明,全平衡钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机的安全锁锭装置在技术上具有可行性。
