3月19日,国家信息化测评中心（NIEC）在京公布了国家信息化指标测算结果.国家信息化测评中心同时发布《国家信息化水平研究报告》。专家认为,NIQ的提出具有重要意义,是继GDP之后,反映信息化时代国家综合实力的重要指标。
On March 19, the National Informatization Evaluation Center (NIEC) announced the results of the measurement of the national informatization indicators in Beijing, and the State Informatization Evaluation Center also released the “Research Report on the National Informatization Level”. Experts believe that the proposal of NIQ is of great significance and an important indicator of the overall national strength of the country after the GDP in the information age.
