核桃是我国传统的土特产品之一,它富含油脂、蛋白质及维生素等营养成分,作为一种很有特色的干果受到了人们的喜爱。核桃既可直接食用,也可经过综合加工,生产出核桃粉、核桃油和食品香味料等各种产品,满足市场的不同需求。核桃的加工直接影响着产品的品质,因此掌握好核桃的加工方法十分必要。
Walnut is one of the traditional native products of our country. It is rich in oil, protein and vitamins and other nutrients. It is loved by people as a very unique dried fruit.
