针对150 t铁水罐的结构和使用特点,运用三维非线性有限元技术对机械应力和变形场进行了较为精确的计算,重点研究了耳轴和加强筋板的应力和变形分布,计算结果可为铁水罐的生产使用和进一步的优化设计提供依据。
According to the structure and characteristics of the 150 t hot metal tank, the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method is used to calculate the mechanical stress and deformation field more accurately. The stress and deformation distribution of trunnion and stiffener plates are studied emphatically. Hot metal production and use of hot water tank and further optimize the design to provide the basis.
