目的:对马缨丹根、枝和叶中22种无机元素进行含量测定。方法:用HNO3-H2O2消解体系,通过微波消解彻底有效地消解样品中的有机物,应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Na、Zn、Mn、Cr等22种无机元素的含量。结果:马缨丹中各部位总体含量最高的3种元素均依次为K、Ca、Mg;K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Sr、Cu在叶的含量明显高于在根和枝的含量,根中的Fe、Na含量明显高于枝和叶;重金属元素中,Pb和Cd含量超过国家标准,Cr含量也比较高。结论:本实验方法快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高,能够准确测定马缨丹不同部位中22种无机元素的含量。
Objective: To determine the contents of 22 inorganic elements in roots, branches and leaves of Lantana camara. Methods: The HNO3-H2O2 digestion system was used to digest the organic compounds in the sample thoroughly and effectively by microwave digestion. The contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Na and Zn were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) Mn, Cr and other 22 kinds of inorganic elements. Results: The contents of K, Ca, Mg, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Sr and Cu in leaf were the highest in all parts of Lantana. Fe and Na contents were significantly higher than those of branches and leaves. Among heavy metal elements, Pb and Cd contents exceeded national standards, and Cr content was also relatively high. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It can accurately determine the content of 22 inorganic elements in different parts of Lantana camara.
