以高精度FA型针摆传动的FA45-29二齿差机型为基础,通过研究采用“等效代换”的理论和方法,基于等距修形的单修形方式,以保证几何回差最小为目标进行编程,优化设计出的一齿差摆线轮齿廓取代两齿差齿廓,使其在有效传力齿数的啮合区内与原齿廓两者误差在允许的范围内,并计算出该代换齿廓的间隙值分布与齿面受力情况,并通过有限元仿真对理论分析结果进行了验算分析,确定该代换齿廓在既保证较小齿侧间隙的同时,又可以保证承载能力。
