我国规划在黄河上游再建10座中型梯级水电站,这样黄河上游规划建设的水电站总装增至25个。新规划的10座水电站建成后,黄河上游水电站总装机容量可增至1522.2万千瓦小时。黄河上游的楷羊峡至青铜峡河段流经青、甘、宁三省区,钱长918公里,天然落差1324米。山峡河窄,水流湍急,落差集中,水量充沛稳定;川比开阔,是良好的天然库盆,水电开发条件十分优越。经过30多年的建设,黄河上游已有盐锅峡、青铜峡、刘家峡、八盘峡、龙羊峡等5座水电站相继建成发电。目前,装机容量200万千瓦的李家峡水电站已胜利截流并进入大规模施工,大峡水电站也已正式动工兴建。在今后10年内,我国将重点开发拉西瓦、
China plans to rebuild 10 medium-sized cascades in the upper reaches of the Yellow River so that the total number of hydropower stations planned and constructed in the upper reaches of the Yellow River will increase to 25. After the completion of the 10 newly-planned hydropower stations, the total installed capacity of hydropower stations in the upper reaches of the Yellow River will increase to 15.222 million kilowatt-hours.
